161013 - Weekends & Holiday are the best.

Twinkle!
Weekends and holiday are the best isn't it?
Well, but they often pass by tremendously fast!
Tho, starting with week 4 of my semester 2 already and I'm getting so hectic of my life already because of never-ending assignments. :(
Which lead to uneventful and humdrum life, without any events in my life how could I blog?
Which explains why I didn't blog much. I can't be blogging about my assignments right?

Gahh, I shall stop whining now, otherwise I would be blogging all of you my interminable grumbles :/

So, last weekend was my brother's convocation.
Been waiting for so long for him to graduate, especially my mum, it must be a dream come true for her :P
Soon it would be my sis's graduation, and mine. hahaha if things goes smooth :D

So we woke up at 630am early in a Saturday morning, drop my brother off at his school - UCSI and we head off to have a Chinese traditional breakfast at a nearby dim sum restaurant.

After filled up our tummy, we then head off to attend the ceremony :)
Shall we let the picture do the talking then?
Here we go!

Had some photography section while waiting.
Let me introduce you the pretty sitting beside me - My brother's Girlfriend Daphne :D

Le Tongue & Le mustache

Live Traditional songs for the whole ceremony instead of CD. Love it.

Ya..is quite blurry because I was in a rush to take his picture :(
Enjoying the splendid performance from the School of Music of UCSI
It goes on the head giving our certificate to the graduates, and the ceremony ends :)
And Photo time again!

 Bromance :D
More pictures will be upload to my Facebook

Later on, I had a late birthday dinner for my bestie Tan Kien Hoe at Pavillion :D
Had pastas at Ben's to fill up our hungry little dinosaur in our stomach. Planned to try Komugi Cafe at Tokyo Street Level 6, heard is very nice for desserts but instead we went Coffee Stain at Fahrenheit88
Ya..the one on the right is the birthday boy. Had so much fun and chats with him that night.
Oh! Coffee Stain provide cards for their customers to have fun during their visits. As you can see we have some fun with it.
Mocha

 Cappucino
 Oreo Cheese cake
Red Velvet :)
That's the end for my Saturday.

Here goes for my Sunday!
Well, spent my whole day at home resting and also do my assignments.
During the night we had brother's graduation dinner and also birthday dinner at La Bodega in Pavillion.
Second timer at the restaurant.
Caesar Salad

Spicy chicken burger. Heard is quite nice through the comments on Foursquare. Brotha was nagging about me why order a UK food at a Spanish Restaurant :/

They are famous for their Tapas. Ya, the blackish thing is actually Eggplant.

Hot dogs.

Salmon pastas. It taste funny. I presume it is their herbs which make it taste funny :D

Lamb

Shrimp tapas! Must try. Is with chillies and garlic
To me this meal is not worth it as it cost us RM312.10 where we could only eat a few dishes :(

Move on next to my holiday on Tuesday which is Hari Raya Haji.
Wake up at 11 something, and go for brother's graduation photo shooting.
First time going in a studio to take photos, unlike those passport picture shooting :D If you get what I mean

Although we are not suppose to use our own camera to take pictures but oh well. hahaha :D
Waiting for our photo to wash out. :D

After that, we went home and change to head out for our lunch/ tea at a restaurant at Bukit Tinggi. (More precisely is before Bukit Tinggi) called 美味餐厅
Didn't get to take much of the photos because I was too hungry. Sorry :(
But I have one of their famous dish photo to make you guys drool a little. :P

Then!!!! We head to Genting Highland UNEXPECTEDLY!
Enjoying the cold is always my favorite.
Doing what everyone does when they go to Genting
Starbucks!
It was superb foggy and cold there. Superb strong wind too!
First time experiencing that kind of weather at Genting Highland.
Adults then went to enjoy themselves at the Casino, while me and my sis walk around window shopping :D
At 10+ we then went back home.

So that is sort of my eventful weekend and holiday.
Bare with my simple description, I'm rushing this post so that I could hands on my assignments.
Alrights, ByeBye
Till next post. :D

300910 - Long Craving FIXED!

Olla!
So I've officially started my Semester 2 today.
Talk about my Semester 1 final exam result, I'm very satisfied with it, but I can still improve.
This semester is going to be hell off busy and tougher than previous, so I ought to work harder.
Definitely will not neglect my blog! Teehee

I've been having a craving for soooooooooooooo long!
Yes! I've been craving for Sushi Zanmai for quite some times already.
So I had my long craving fixed during Saturday with my sissie at Sunway Pyramid.

We've been planning to go shopping only both of us since a week ago, when we knew that our parents are going to have a wedding dinner to attend during Saturday night, because I want to spend more quality time before my sis marry lorh hahahaha LOL
Unfortunately, something came up, and we did not get to spend much time doing our shopping :(
So, sissie decided to reach there by 830 to skip the queue, but when we reach there, there's still a queue!
Ya..you could definitely meet this kind of scenario whenever you are there.

So we've made it in, queue around 20 minutes, and quickly place our order cause we were starving.
Tonyu Nabe. They are having Nabemono Special, so we order to share, expecting it taste good.
It taste okay with the soya soup, but the ingredients inside are not suitable to go with rice, or maybe we had lots of sushi that cause us felt quite stuffy eating all that rice. Tho, the pot itself is nice.

Soft-Shell Crab Roll.

Chuka Lidako & Inari Sakura Ebi.

The most favourite- Tamago Mentai!! :D

Sissie :)

So after our meal, we head back home.
Sis bought the same watch, so we sort of like having a couple watch hahahaha

 OOTD.

Oh! I've also found something INCREDIBLE and NEW to me.
I went in to a shop called Hairgum in Publika, that sells hair products, as you can define from the name.
I've come across a hair mascara, that have different kind of colours like Pink, Purple, Blue, Red, Yellow and many more.
Nonetheless, is organic and smell extremely good!
There are 2 type
When you take it out, the brush look exactly like a mascara brush.

For this, it has a sponge on it, and it looks like a shoe polisher.
They have tester for all colours and I tried it on my dad's hair using the mascara hair brush.
Not sure if you guys could see, because the lighting is quite bright.
But I've applied, purple, pink, gold, red and blue.

I brush a little on mine which is Red.

It's suitable for party, and when you don't want to spoiled or waste money to dye colourful hair, this is the best choice. Once applying it, let it dry and comb it, it won't make your hair frizzy.
Tho, is pretty costly, for one small mascara hair brush, it cost about RM35.60

So this product is pretty new to me.
If any of you have a chance, drop by there and try it :D

That's it! Till next post.
Bye

xoxo

230913 - Something strikes me.

It's been a restful semester break, can't believe that I'm going to start my Semester 2 very soon. That means I'll be as busy as a bee on my assignments and activities which I'm particularly expecting it. Oh! My August's exam results is going to release tomorrow :O Hope for the best.

Anyway, back to the topic. Yah, something strikes me. It's not much about food, outfit or anything..is about how we get along with the people around us.

Did any of you ever been to a huge/minor fight with any of your friends or family members?
Through that fight, did you realize anything? To me, I've been through couples of it, as being an insider and outsider.

As an insider in the fight, we often think that we did no wrong at all and always blame on him/her. This is what most human do, but have you ever put yourself in someone else's shoes to think on their perspective?

As an outsider, you have to tell the insider who always proclaim that they are the victim which they are on the fault too. Normally, they won't listen to what they say, they always think that what they are doing is fine and correct.

To put things short, if you are involve in a fight, by raising your voice and avoiding is not going to solve the problems at all. All you have to do is able to voice out your words properly and listen to what others says although you are all fired up. By the time you calm down, you are allow to analyse the whole arguments.
Most importantly, you have to apologize. If one is waiting for the other to apologize and it same goes to the other one, the situation is going to stuck there forever.

Also, listen to what an outsider tells you, because they see the fight from another perspective, they see things on both sides. When they point out the problem of your attitude, don't always think that you were being fine all the time when you are actually not! Being an outsider, try to talk to them, if they deny at the first time, try again and again until they realize.

Remember to always listen and voice out properly.
Remember to thicken your face and apologize although you don't use to.
Remember to put yourself in someone else's shoes to see on their point of view.
