This blog I'm going to share some tips on how to get a perfect body.
I know that one day 24 hours, we have so many things to handle with, so many things to eat, so many places to go bla bla bla..
Tho some particular girls have neglected Exercise :B
I know, we can come with tons of excuses when come to exercise
"I hate sweating, I will be all sticky"
"Urghh I have to drive all the way to gym..haiya very lazy"
"I have a date later"
"I will do it tomorrow"
hahahahaha
Reasons everywhere :D
But how can we girls maintain our body since we like to eat so much? Especially Desserts :P yumyum
We want big boobs, flat tummy, skinnier legs, skinnier waist etc
So, here to share a video to get a gorgeous body with easy exercise that we can do it at home.
Not sure if any of you watch it before but I think is very very very useful for us.

1. To have a bigger boobs
Kneel down, both palm face down and form a 90 degree, slightly widen both legs.
Then bend both of your hands like doing a push up, hold it for 3 second then stretch both of your hand and get back to the original pose, rest for a few second and continue doing it for 20 times.
2. Removing accessory boobs
Lock and stretch both of your hands roughly in front of your boobs- Palm to palm.
Then pull in back behind your ears and feel the stretch, hold it for 3 second and back to the original pose.
Continue doing it for 30 times everyday to avoid ugly accessory boobs :)
3. To have a skinny waist
Lean down, place your both of your palm at a place right beside your boobs, then push your upper body up and form a pose like a sea lion :D Then pause and breathe for 5 second.
After that, slightly turn to the left, pause and breathe for 5 second that same goes on the right side.
Then back to the original place and lean back down. That counted as 1 set. Do 3 set everyday and you can have a skinny waist :3
4. To have a tighter and skinny legs
Widen both of your legs and hands. Bend your left leg and upper body bend towards your left. Look up and hold it for 3 - 5 second and same goes on the right side do few sets of it a day. Do it everyday, now you can wear short pants and show your smexy hot legs :D
5. To have a firmer boobs
No matter how big or how small your boobs is, a beautiful shape for boobs is very important.
Now lay down, bend and widen your legs to a same width and your shoulder. Then, shape your hand like your are doing a weight lifting. Do not rest your hand on the floor, slightly lift it up. After that, pull both of your hands together and lock it hold it for seconds then put it back down to a weight lifting pose. Continue doing it for 20 times everyday and you can see the result :D
6. To have a flat tummy
Prepare a pillow ( Well is up to you, I do it without pillow). Lay down, then raise and bend your legs to form a 90 degree. After that, stretch either your left or your right leg and hold it for 3 second and switch to another leg you can feel some tireness on your tummy. Continue doing it for 10 - 15 times. Constantly doing it to get a flat tummy :D
Well, guess my translation are not helping LOL
But in order to have a perfect body, why not give it a shot?
It won't waste much of our time isn't it? Sweat some to clear toxic in your body :D
Remember, do it everyday and have determination, I bet the outcome would not dissapoint you.
