220415 - Terrified

Being away from this blog of mine for so long I was hoping for something fun and changes in my life.

Throughout the whole fun and changes I've got in this period of time such as having my diploma life ended and be able to pursue my studies overseas etc.

Despite having the fun and little changes in life, I've had experienced two of the most incidents I would never ever want it to occur in my life.

Not long ago back in last year 2014, at the month of December.

I was having a feeling of not entering my campus on that day as I do not have class, but my classmate told me that they needed me to give a lift to our event's props. There goes the nightmare, as usual I drove to my Uni and parked my car outside the campus. Few hours gone down the drain...

By the time I went and collect my car, I was terrified to find out that it was GONE!! 

I am at that point that I'm not sure whether was it being tow or stolen. If it was tow, it's in a good side, I would just have to pay find. If it was stolen, I don't know HOW.

Therefore I went around asking the nearby stall's uncle and our nearby campus's security booth, and the answer from them was just a big I don't see it / I'm not sure.

On the second thought, I was so terrified to tell my mom about it but instead I called my brother first due to my dad's absenties in the country at that moment.

After lodging a report at my campus security booth *Hoping they could help me find my car*, I went on to the nearest police station to lodge a report along side with a company of my classmate. I was so terrified to the point I'm about to burst out crying, thanks to him for not letting me facing it alone, I calmed myself down.

It was the only hope for me to get the car back, but unfortunately we don't get any respond from the police and there goes of replacing it with a new car.

After experience a great theft incident, I was hoping this was my last time in my life experiencing it.

But things wasn't going as what I've expected.

Back in 20 April 2015, I was having my great shopping time at Forever 21 in Pavillion hoping that this time I am able to buy the stuff that I wanted.

Time goes by, I am finally entering the fitting room, whilst trying and wanted to took a picture and send to my sister for some opinion, I noticed that my mobile phone was GONE!!

Again, I was hoping I dropped it on the floor...well at least I could get it back.

But when I ask the worker to call my phone number, I had a mini heart attack to find out that it was switched off. 

At that point I knew it was stolen by some bastard who want an old crappy Galaxy S4.

Going back home analyzing, that indeed there's 1 lady often appears beside my when I was looking at a section to another and later the friend of her would appear. At that time when I reach up to get a hat, she sort of hooked my bag with the hanger and quickly said "Sorry" as I looked at her. I carelessly did not pay too much attention and walked away.

If I had check on my bag, maybe I could get it back.

Now, I need to earn more money to get a new phone.

These 2 incidents made me realize how terrified the theft cases in the country and one should be more careful of their belongings. 

Sincerely hope this is the end of everything. I'm so DONE of losing any more stuff.

05062014 - Drooling time with PULP

Apologies to make you vampires drools so much at the very beginning of this post.

Not going to describe the EVERYTHING of PULP, but just some random thoughts of me towards coffee shops.

Every time when I go to a coffee shop, the first thing that I look at are the pastries that they are serving, and secondly is their texture of coffee.

PULP, located in a housing area + industrial area in Bangsar as well as Chye Seng Huat Hardware in Tyrwhitt Road, SG.

Went there during my semester break with my food buds, took us sometimes to find it as using Waze will just bring us to somewhere else. So, if any of you cannot find, might as well try google map :P

A factory outlook of the the coffee shop with greyish outlook and wooden interior, brings out a different experience to enjoy a cup of coffee and a bite of pastry compare to other typical coffee shop. Other little corner of the coffee shop, you might have to explore yourself when you drop by to experience it, everyone have different feelings towards coffee shop's architect and interior :D

As usual, they have a counter for pastries, then a counter for them to brew their coffee. At the left hand side of the coffee shop their will be small coffee equipment corner for guest to have a little tour.

They have various choice of pastries from sweet to salty, but it depends on that day as they have different menu everyday. That day we ordered every single of it, and the portion was just in the right amount, not too little nor filling. Sweetness and saltiness of the pastries is just in the right positions. People who can't stand sweet, their pastries is just a MUST TRY to go with their coffee. Yumms! Perfect!

Their coffee served in a warm condition as serving it in hot will not eventually bring out the aroma of their fresh coffee beans, it must be around 70 Celsius to be able to bring out the best of their coffee texture.

If you are a superb coffee fan, you might as well approach to one of their friendly barista to know more about their coffee.

I tried one of their daily cold brewed coffee that comes in a small bottle. Tasted slightly like Americano but lighter and a little salty, which is the top right corner one in the photo below. *Ignore the cute edits in the photo*

I like visiting coffee shop with not just the coffee and pastries but also the coffee aroma that flows into your nostrils the moment you enter. Nonetheless, the friendly barista to serve you and a very soothing environment for us to relax ourselves from a hectic life.

How many pages has it been throughout the whole 365 pages?

I started counting my time starting from 2013's June to 2014's June.

Within this year, I've met tons of new faces.

As well as learning a lot of things in order for me to prepare myself for this competitive world.

Not to deny, I think I've grown to be more mature in terms of my thinking and facing my problems.

May sincerely gave me a worse nightmare that I would never forget.

Experienced "Strangers - Friends - Relationship - Strangers"

Betrayal/ affair was not what I expected in this relationship.

I literally felt heartache for a week and I even cried myself to bed, is not that I'm sad because of how the relationship ended so, despite I felt that I do not deserve to be treated so.

Not to deny, I've experience several betrayals, and to be honest this hurtful action from him was the worst one. Probably is because I love him very much, and I'm being freaking faithful.

Betrayal is sincerely one of the thing that I cannot tolerate the most, as in my life I've treat every single one in my life sincerely and loyally. Often, people take advantages from this, yet I'm suppose to be angry, hate them or even not to talk to them but it turns out that I talk to them again the next day or probably forgets what they've done to me and forgive.

Somehow when come to think my personality in this kind of situation, there are more cons than pros.

Tho, looking in a whole, there's pros and cons, is just that I ought to know how to control it. With this unique personality of me, I find it more carefree as hating someone is tiring and always putting shyt things in your mind is equally exhausting as well. So why not just let it go.

Besides, "A relationships is either a blessing or a lesson" So I will just take it as my lesson. Instead, I took the good times I had with him as my best 18th birthday gift.

Somehow, I just cannot understand why people whine so much about their problems or even faking their smile in their life.

Why live life so difficult?

You take up that stuff in life and realize is a problem, then just let it go, why still holding on so badly?

Saying that you've no choice is just nonsense, choosing the option of  "No choice" is actually your choice, make your life easier instead of so stressful.

Nonetheless, NEVER put mask on and smile on, but put mask down and smile on.

Don't fake your life to everyone and even yourself. Face the reality and accept of what and how it is.

I understand talk is easy but action is hard, but when you take the courage to do, you realize the changes in your life as well as you can see that you are even mature than before.

As well as when you are feeling down, like everything is against you, this does not mean the end of the world to you. Suicide/ dying is not a wise option for you to solve the problem. Whatever stress or sadness strikes you either academic, family, love etc. Just sit down analyse the problem and solve it, or even find someone who is trustworthy *Like me* to share your thoughts and also ask for consultation. At this kind of time never listen to emotional songs but pick up some new hobby or doing things you like to distress yourself. I've never think of dying just because I have problems and going through hard times, think rationally, you still have your friends and family who cares about you. You never know what had God arrange for your future, going for suicide will never solve the problem but causing more problems to your love one.

Hello everyone!!

Today's question: Have you TEEQ yet?

I wonder if you guys ever heard of TEEQ.

Well, to simplify it, have you guys been to LOT 10? I perhaps the answer is YES right?

Do you ever been up to the rooftop?

Alright, TEEQ Brasserie is actually a fine dining restaurant located at the rooftop of LOT 10.

I've recently tried it during my mum belated birthday dinner.

The environment is very nice and relaxing, but one disturbing part is that you get to hear lots of "Cling Clang" sounds of those plates, also the sound of juice machine.

So, the menu is very simple and clean with Ratatouille chef's and some other clip arts in it.

Plus, they don't have too much for you to choose from, so your "hard to choose" disease won't appear.

Nonetheless, here comes the drooling part!!!

Sea water prawn

Fried in perfect shape, fresh along with the cucumber mint yogurt.

Chic on the field

Salad that is tossed with BBQ chicken and cheesy mayo dressing.

Cappucinos

Fresh mushroom soup.

Highland green salad.

Dream of Maryland.

Roasted chicken Maryland with beef bacon, mozzarella cheese and served with delicious yet smooth mashed potatoes.

Rib Eye.

You get to choose different parts like Sirloin, "Center cut" and so on.

Da Vinci Cod

Glazed Canadian cod along with wasabi mashed potatoes.

Although is called wasabi mashed potatoes, but is not that strong, it brings out a very cooling feel to your tongue.

101113 - I thought it was over.

Howdie ey!

So here come another post!

Ya..as I thought my birthday just gone like that (If you read my previous post)

I've never expect another surprise coming.

So on Wednesday (061113), my classmates gave me a surprise during one of our tutorial class.

Have I mentioned I love surprises??!! 

They seriously made a good one.

Oliver, the one who made everything.

He told all of my classmates not to wish me, making me feel superb down.

Also create a group, asking us, including me to make a birthday video for another October birthday girl.

But is actually a fake one, just to make me feel sad.

Well, they seriously did a great one, I'm in the trap already.

Then during the class, they suddenly open a PPT slide, I thought we need to do presentation and I started to worry already cause my group haven't do any of it.

But is actually a slide with all the videos that my classmates recorded wishing me Happy Birthday.

So cute!

031113 - Officially Legal

First of all, I would like to apologize for not updating my blog.

See, I have tons of due dates to meet. Just finished my psychology assignment and video-shooting.

Couples more group assignments to go. So, basically I don't think you guys would mind right :D

(Cause I don't have lots of readers hahahahahaha)

Alright!

I am Officially LEGAL!!

I'm 18 already. Well, was actually thinking having a party and receiving lots of present early of the year, unfortunately, it turns out to no birthday cake, no party and no blowing candles!!!! *Is my FAVOURITE* So freaking sad. Plus, all classmates went back hometown :(

Anyhow, I still got 100++ of birthday wishes, I will take it as my birthday present tho :D

Still I manage to have a simple celebration with one of my buddy and parents.

During Saturday, went to meet up with Arvin at Pavillion to celebrate his belated birthday and also my birthday in advance.

Ya..this is the nicest photo I could get. He just won't let me have a shot.

We had Fish n Co. beside Morganfield for our dinner, had some window shopping then we went to Komugi Cafe located at Level 6 entrance of Tokyo Street for some sweet tooth  :D

First time trying Tofu Cheesecake and is surprisingly yummy! Smooth texture and is not so cheesy plus a little tofu's aroma. Best for those who cannot take very cheesy cheesecake.

Had a lunch date with parents at Levain Boulangerie & Patisserie

Mushroom Cream Pasta.

 Not to creamy, along with the chilli paste, it taste a little sour, which eventually brings out the odor of the whole pasta :O I Love it. Best recommended for those who love creamy pasta.

Angry Pizza. 

Wonder why is called Angry Pizza? Because it have lots of chilli padi which will make your tongue go burning hot!!! But is nice, nicer than Pizzahut and Domino's :P The texture is superb tender.

So that basically sums up my 18th Birthday. Shall enjoy my 18th :)

Oh, mama bought me a pair of skinny from TOPSHOP as presie. YAY!

Will never let this kind of birthday happen again :{
